Transfer Talk: Liverpool Eye Éderson as Slot’s First Signing
Liverpool are preparing to make their first signing under new manager Arne Slot, with Atalanta midfielder Éderson reportedly catching their eye. The 24-year-old Brazilian has impressed in Serie A, scoring six goals and assisting another in 35 appearances this season.
Éderson’s performances have earned him a call-up to the Brazil national team for the upcoming Copa America, and it seems his stock is rising rapidly. Liverpool scouts have been watching him closely, and it’s believed they are preparing to make an approach to land him.
The Reds are not the only ones interested in Éderson, however. Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur were linked with him in January, and it’s likely they will rekindle their interest in the summer.

In other transfer news, Borussia Dortmund are willing to sell Karim Adeyemi this summer, with Premier League clubs already making enquiries about the 22-year-old winger. Adeyemi has scored three goals in 21 Bundesliga appearances this season.
